Delivery Options

We offer two fulfillment methods:

• Free Pick-up: Collect your order at our shop — Royal Palms Mall, Wing A, 4th Floor, Shop AT 26, Ronald Ngala Street, Nairobi. No delivery fee applies.
• Home / Office Delivery: We deliver within Nairobi at a flat fee of KSh 200. Delivery to other counties may incur additional charges confirmed at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

• Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days after processing.
• Outside Nairobi: 2–4 business days (where available).

Payment Before Dispatch

Full payment must be received and confirmed before any order is dispatched or prepared for pick-up. We do not offer Cash on Delivery for online orders.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive an order status update via email when your order is out for delivery. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unreachable, we will attempt to contact you within 24 hours. A re-delivery fee may apply for a second attempt.
